If his week two performance was any indication, Joe Flacco would not be able to hit the broad side of a barn with this rocket launcher.******************SCORING CHANGE: We inadvertently gave team defenses 6 points for kick and punt return TDs in the settings. This was an error, because during the 2009 draft we voted not to give team defenses any points for kick and return TDs. We corrected this problem with Yahoo!. The LA Rams and Athens both lost 6 points to their Week 2 totals as a result. ***********************
Following last week's blind bid debacle, tensions ran high in the league office as the bids were meticulously processed.
"We simply cannot afford to make any more mistakes. The credibility of the league office is at stake." lamented a disgusted Clarence Lee, as he pointed his pearl-handled revolvers at a group of league employees who were busy tabulating blind bids.
"Ever since I had my secretary executed in August, I have been overwhelmed by paperwork. I accept responsibility for any unfortunate errors." commented Commissar McStallen.
"It has been a tough week- and with guys like Braylon Edwards and Steve Slaton on the waiver wire, we knew a lot of bids would be coming- we just hope we can role with the punches." noted league office manager Buckhalter.
The league office was briefly evacuated after Commissar McStallen went into a blind rage when a complicated bid was submitted for Jermaine Fazande, Germaine Crowell, James McKinght, Ken Dorsey, Cecil Collins, R.J. Soward, Tyrone Calico, Musa Smith, David Givens, Jonathan Wells, Terry Kirby, Vaughn Dunbar, Ray Lucas, Kimble Anders, Danny Kanell, Lamont Jordan, Albert Connell, Marcell Shipp, Chris Weinke, Snoop Minnis, Jerry Azumah, Famous Amos Zareoue, Jerome Pathon, Michael Basnight, Koren Robinson, Wali Lundy, Matthew Hatchette, Marc Boerigter, Brian Calhoun, Joe Germaine, Raymont Harris, Frank Sanders, Carlton Hasilrig, Jumpy Geathers, Neil Lomax, Mike Cloud, Patrick Cloud, Darren Hambrick, Steve Emtman, Anderson Hunt, Stephret Williams, Chris Warren, Major Harris and Curtis Keaton. After it was discovered that the bid was a hoax, league employees were permitted to re-enter the league office and continue counting bids. It was later determined that the e-mail was submitted from a user account in the Middle East belonging to a purported member of US Aid.
"It appears our enemies in the Arab world are attempting to disrupt the bid process and deter bidding, but we shall not be intimidated. Jumpy Geathers does not scare us." stated McStallen.
A spokesman for Iran condemned the bid, and claimed it was likely the work of a "rogue element of the PLO," noting that their may have been some confusion over Koren Robinson's first name.

Some other news and notes in addition to the Week 2 Power Rankings...
-After three disappointing seasons, the revamped L.A. Rams, led by recent trade acquisitions Peyton Manning and Antonio Gates and a rejuvenated Darren McFadden, are 2-0 and have scored the most points in the league. They set a franchise record with 142.70 points in week 2, breaking their old record of 139.14, set in 2007. When Gates and Manning were on the same team in 2004, Doug Good rode them to a championship and successful divorce.
-In just his second year in the league, Otis is off to a fast start at 2-0. His powerful ground game is anchored by Adrian Peterson, Rashard Mendenhall and Matt Forte.
-The pressure is on Greece Lightening, who has not cracked the 80 points mark this season.
-The Castro nearly got off to a 2-0 start, but were thwarted by the ~Melonheads, 120.54-115.76. Castro RB Jahvid Best has the most points scored to date for any RB, WR or TE in the league.
-Former Ohio State stiff Mike Nugent is not only still in the NFL, but has 24 fantasy points this season.
-The Bafana were panned across the league for making the Manning-Cutler trade with the L.A. Rams, but to date, Manning and Cutler are the two highest scoring fantasy QBs.
-The Manimals, last year's champions, and a perennial powerhouse, are off to an 0-2 start.
-Also, if anyone is still paying attention to the fantasy baseball playoffs, there are some real exciting baseball games being played. On Sunday night, Anthony and Clarence were tied in SBs and RBIs. Anthony needed to win one of those categories to go to the finals. The only game left for the series was the Sunday night game between the Tigers and White Sox. Clarence had two players going (Miguel Cabrera and Ryan Raburn), while Anthony had one (Juan Pierre). Anthony won when Juan Pierre drove in a run in the bottom of the 9th inning. Pierre probably averages the fewest RBIs per game of any regular fantasy OF. Although Pierre's OPS for the series was below .600, he was a difference-maker, registering 3 RBIs and 3 SBs for the week. Anthony and Ricky (who narrowly beat Emeson) are presently duking it out in the fantasy baseball finals.

that Joe Flacco sure looks a lot like Anthony. woawa, i gotta jet, I'm late for BP.
How come I never get any shout outs in these posts? You guys are a bunch of faggots. The commissioners take it up the ass. The L.A. Rams promote homosexuality. The Castro are part-owners of the Man-Hole. AJFA just opened a practice facility in Boys Town. The Bafana are Peter-Puffers.
