With the last round of blind bidding next week, see below for a list of players eligible for the Franchise Tag this year and next year.  Players are only eligible next year if they are not cut at any point between now and the end of the 2013 season.  Each team gets ONE tag per year and a player can only be tagged ONCE per team.  This is why Wes Welker, Tom Brady, and Rodgers are not on this list.
